Marvellous works as a Business Support Administrator at Adefey Homes & Properties, based in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.

Where Marvellous supports operations across the organisation's divisions, including Adefey Homes & Properties, the group's property management arm. Marvellous joined the organisation in May 2026 and has since taken a hands-on role in building the systems the property business runs on.

A large part of Marvellous’s work has gone into building out the operational infrastructure that Adefey Homes & Properties needed to run properly. This included drafting core legal documents for the property side of the business, a Property Management Agreement and a Deed of Assignment, giving the company proper paperwork to formalise how properties and landlords are managed.

Marvellous also created branded registration forms for both staff and landlords, making sure the company's onboarding process for new landlords and new team members was consistent and carried the Adefey identity properly, rather than relying on generic templates.

As Business Support Administrator, Marvellous sits at the point where compliance, admin, and product work meet, turning a growing property business into one with proper agreements, proper forms, and the beginnings of proper software, rather than something run on ad-hoc paperwork.
